Director of Operations

The Director of Operations serves as the key administrative leader responsible for overseeing daily operations, strategic growth, and organizational performance of Reddy Heart Institute. Working closely with Dr Kartik Reddy, the Director ensures that clinical, financial, and operational objectives align with the practice's mission of delivering advanced, innovative and compassionate cardiac and electrophysiology care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership: Oversee all front and back-office operations including scheduling, patient flow, staffing, compliance and vendor relations.

2. Financial Overisght: Manage budgets, payroll, purchasing, and financial reporting. Track key metrics, eg production, collections and profitability

3. Clinical Coordination: Support seamless operations between clinic, procedure scheduling, device clinic and remote monitoring platform.

4. Human Resources: Recruit, train and evaluate staff. Maintain a positive, high-performance culture aligned with Reddy Heart Institute's vision.

5. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, CMS and payer requirements. Develop and implement policies and procedures.

6. Technology and EMR Optimization: Manage EMR workflows, templates, and integrations (including AI documentation tools)

7. Business Devlopment: Assist with marketing, referral outreach, new service lines, and expansion planning.

8. Strategic Partnership: Act as liason between Dr Reddy and hospital administrators, vendors and referring physicians.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
