Now Hiring: Full-Time Warehouse Operator
Reddy Feed & Grain, LLC – Serving Southwest Wisconsin
We’re looking for a driven, team-oriented individual to join our Feed & Grain Operations crew! This is a hands-on role that keeps our warehouse operations running smoothly every day.
What You’ll Do:
- Warehousing of animal feed products. Unloading shipments, preparing orders, loading delivery trucks, helping preparing and loading feed for customers.
- Assist with daily feed mill and grain handling operations
- Operate agricultural and warehouse equipment (forklift, skid loader, conveyors, mixers, etc.)
- Use computers and technology for work orders, batching, and inventory tracking
- Help keep facilities organized, clean, and efficient
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong teamwork and communication skills — we rely on each other to get the job done
- Driven, dependable, and able to work independently when needed
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50–55 lb bags repetitively
- Comfortable using computers and adapting to new systems
- Mechanical aptitude or ag background is a plus
