Reddy Care Physical & Occupational Therapy is a growing, privately owned rehabilitation organization with 15 locations across Long Island, Queens and NYC, plus a large home-based PT/OT division.
We are seeking someone with a proven track record recruiting outpatient Physical and Occupational Therapists throughout the NY Tri-State area who can build and manage a strong clinical talent pipeline.
This is not simply a job-posting role. We want someone who knows how to attract PTs and OTs beyond Indeed and LinkedIn through relationships, direct outreach, referrals, professional networks and PT/OT schools.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success recruiting outpatient PTs and OTs
- Strong knowledge of the NY/NJ/CT therapist market
- Established relationships with PT/OT schools, universities, faculty, clinical coordinators and therapists
- Creative sourcing strategies beyond traditional job boards
- Ability to build long-term candidate pipelines and recruit passive candidates
- Strong ability to communicate opportunities and close great clinicians
