The Role
- Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient population
- Develop individualized plans of care focused on functional outcomes
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and the local community
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards
Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in New York
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient care focus
- Values integrity, accountability, and teamwork
- Motivated to grow professionally within a supportive environment
- New grads and experienced clinicians both encouraged to apply
