The Role

• Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient population
• Develop individualized plans of care focused on functional outcomes
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and the local community
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed (or eligible) Occupational Therapist in New York
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient care focus
• Values integrity, accountability, and teamwork
• Motivated to grow professionally within a supportive environment
• New grads and experienced clinicians both encouraged to apply
