Site Intervention Facilitator applicants must include a copy of: - Current typing (no later than two years) certificate with a minimum of 40 wpm. Online typing certificates are not acceptable. - Current CPR and 1st Aid cards It is the applicant's responsibility to get completed application and required documentation/attachments to us before the posting closes. Late submissions will not be accepted. A resume may be attached to your application, but it does not take the place of a completed application. Submit a completed Release of Employment Information form (refer to Links Related to this Job)-print blank form, must complete including your signature, scan and attach to EDJOIN application. Completion of Target Sketch Questions are required of all applicants. An invitation to complete the Target Sketch will be received upon completion of the application.
