We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Commercial Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping schedule services, answer questions, and support our wet vac and other service departments. What You Will Do
Customer Support and Call Handling * * Answer incoming calls quickly and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Book service calls and provide friendly, accurate customer support
- Enter customer information, service details, and instructions into the system
- Wet Vac specialist will handle data entry for wet vac customers including contact information, service details and instructions, and complete follow up calls after technicians finish the work.
Service Coordination
- Become knowledgeable in wet vac services and assist customers with scheduling
- Perform follow up calls for completed work
- Make weekly maintenance calls and schedule routine services
- Serve as a key connection between customers, technicians, and dispatch
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide regular courtesy updates to customers who are awaiting service
- Handle call back calls for customers you have previously assisted
- Build rapport with customers so they feel supported and informed
