Redd Mechanical is seeking a driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Moab, Utah location. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. We’re looking for someone who can lead by example, build strong teams, and keep operations running efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional work culture.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Moab branch
- Lead, support, and develop office and field staff
- Ensure high-quality customer service and resolution of issues
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and profitability goals
- Work closely with technicians, service managers, and leadership
- Support hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and industry regulations
- Drive growth, efficiency, and overall branch success
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction, or skilled trades (preferred)
- Strong management and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with operations, scheduling, or job costing is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Schedule
· Full-time | Leadership role with occasional after-hours support as needed
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
