We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Guest Services Associate to join our front desk team. This is a PART-TIME, WEEKDAYS-ONLY position.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming check-in and check-out experience.
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries.
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available weekdays; this role is part time and weekdays only.
Salary : $20 - $22
