Redcrest Home Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in patients' homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments in patients' homes following the established plan of care
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the care team
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and use of adaptive equipment
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Indiana
- Home health or acute care experience preferred; new grads welcome
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
