Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting servers, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and supporting the kitchen staff to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments.
• Help with the organization of the kitchen by transporting dirty dishes to the dishwashing area.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service and address any guest needs promptly.
• Support the overall restaurant operations by assisting in other areas as directed by management.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A background in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
