Your primary responsibility is to maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and property. You will be responsible for protecting premises and assets while preventing unauthorized or inappropriate activity.The ideal candidate has prior security or public safety experience, strong communication skills, and demonstrates a high level of integrity at all times.ResponsibilitiesPatrol property and maintain strong visibilityMonitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized individuals gain accessRemove or escort trespassers when necessaryMonitor and review surveillance systemsRespond to reports of suspicious activityDocument daily activities and incidents clearly and accuratelyQualificationsPrior experience as a Security Officer or similar role preferredHigh school diploma/GED requiredStrong understanding of public safety and security protocolsExcellent written communication and reporting skillsAbility to operate surveillance and access-control equipmentHigh level of professionalism and integrityStrong observational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
