Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Carson City, NV. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage profit and loss (P&L) performance, and drive strategic planning initiatives. Additional responsibilities include implementing effective operational strategies, optimizing resource utilization, fostering exceptional customer service, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Operations Management and ability to optimize manufacturing processes
- Strong experience in P&L Management, including budget planning and cost control
- Ability to lead Customer Service initiatives that align with company quality standards
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning to set business goals and define long-term strategies
- Expertise in Project Management to organize, direct, and ensure successful project completion
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Optional if you have work experience and proven leadership ability: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management, Operations, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments highly preferred
