Project Manager - Customer Storytelling

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team focused on delivering compelling customer stories for B2B technology solutions. This role involves managing end-to-end story development processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with strategic marketing objectives.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Work collaboratively with project managers, traffic managers, creative producers, and writers to manage customer story projects.
• Review Story Requirements Briefs and identify outstanding questions or inputs from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with assigned writers to develop story outlines and compile outstanding questions.
• Vet story outlines and solicit feedback, inputs, and approvals from subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Schedule and lead customer kick-off calls, presenting story outlines and outstanding questions.
• Manage production timelines, reviews, and approvals, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines; escalate issues as needed.
• Secure final legal approvals and signed releases for social amplification and official logos.
• Collaborate with social media teams for story amplification.
• Coordinate meetings between stakeholders, gathering updates on production pipelines and capacity from creative teams and agencies.
  
  

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong client communication skills and ability to lead meetings with multiple stakeholders.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing written customer stories for B2B technology companies.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 companies and navigating legal approval processes for customer story contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  
  

Compensation range for position is $91,800 – 102,000 DOE.
