AI Evangelist

Overview

The AI Evangelist will drive awareness, adoption, and responsible use of AI technologies across client organizations. This role requires strong business storytelling, technical fluency, and change leadership skills to help clients unlock value from platforms like SharePoint Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform AI Hub, and Azure AI Foundry. The AI Evangelist will partner with business leaders, IT teams, and delivery consultants to accelerate AI-enabled transformation, emphasizing well-managed, reusable, and scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• AI Compliance: Promote compliant AI adoption through briefings, demos, and comprehensive awareness programs by building and deploying compliance-focused content, agents, apps, and workflows that help teams with compliance resources and support structures.
• AI Use Cases: Help teams identify high-value AI use cases and guide teams through pilot-to-scale journeys, focusing on well-managed, reusable solutions aligned with organizational priorities. Lead awareness of the types and complexity of agents that can be delivered.
• AI Accelerators: Develop reusable templates, prompt and instruction libraries, and solution accelerators to streamline AI solution delivery and encourage best practices.
• AI Clearing House: Establish and manage a central AI Agent repository by building and maintaining a comprehensive library of agents, apps, workflows, and solution templates, implementing processes for inventory, tracking, security, and lifecycle management to ensure effective discovery, reuse, and oversight of AI resources.
• AI Communities: Grow AI communities of practice and champions programs, fostering partnerships to connect initiatives and ensure reuse of proven approaches. Build and support team resources to enable collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Responsible AI: Promote Responsible AI principles and ensure compliance with oversight policies. Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams on platform strategy, safe configurations, and control reviews for all AI solutions.
• AI Impact: Design and lead comprehensive AI impact programs by developing initiatives to gather, analyze, and report on key outcomes. Publish scorecards, case studies, and engaging content for stakeholders.
  
  

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Strong understanding of AI adoption frameworks and how to align AI initiatives with organizational priorities.
• Expertise in Responsible AI principles, data governance, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in promoting compliant AI adoption while collaborating with IT, security, and business teams for secure platform configurations and governance reviews.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft AI ecosystem: Power Platform, Power BI/Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, and M365 Copilot.
• Familiarity with AI-driven automation, data analytics, and enterprise-grade AI services.
• Proficient in creating reusable templates, prompt and instruction libraries, and solution accelerators to streamline delivery and encourage best practices.
• Experience managing central repositories for technical solutions, ensuring discovery, reuse, and governance.
• Actively exploring Agentic AI and next-generation AI capabilities.
• Expertise in developing team resources and support structures for ongoing help.
  
  

Compensation range for position is $ 117,000 – 160,000 DOE.
