- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
- Assemble and package surgical instrument trays and sets
- Inspect instruments for damage or defects
- Operate sterilization equipment such as autoclaves
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance
- Follow proper aseptic techniques to prevent infection transmission
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure sterile supplies are readily available
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Sterile Processing Technician preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Familiarity with sterile processing techniques and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
