- Build, document, improve, and maintain systems and standard operating procedures
- Lead operational execution across scheduling, administration, and team support functions
- Strengthen accountability, communication, and follow-through across departments
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and key performance metrics
- Improve productivity, efficiency, and process consistency
- Work closely with leadership to turn goals into action plans and measurable results
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions
- Help align day-to-day execution across Operations, Service, and Growth
- Create structure that supports both team performance and client experience
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team members
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Experience building or improving systems and processes
- Ability to lead through both action and delegation
- Comfortable with accountability, metrics, and performance management
- Good judgment, emotional steadiness, and strong follow-through
- Ability to adapt quickly and stay clear-headed in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with EOS or similar business operating systems is a plus
- Provent experience in operations management with a strong track record in process optimization and operational consistency
