What are the responsibilities and job description for the Key Account Manager position at RedBrick Staffing?
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as primary liaison for key portfolio of clients – provide a personalized, white glove service
- Develop healthy, long-term relationships with clients
- Engage is proactive relationships with clients to ensure total satisfaction
- Partner cross-functionally with various teams within the organization to deliver excellent customer service and address client needs
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships
- Monitor account KPIs, to include volume, satisfaction, & retention
- Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement initiatives
- Support QBRs and strategic business plans to ensure the meeting of company-wide goals
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, and/or client management within biotech, medical devices, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals.
- Customer-centric mindset – Proven success in building & maintaining long-term client relationships
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to be a problem-solver and take ownership
- High sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to identify business development opportunities
- Ability to identify trends and gain insight from data
- Proficient with CRM systems & Microsoft Office
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
