We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to the C‑suite while also assisting with key Human Resources operations. This role requires exceptional discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced executive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to C‑suite executives, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting support
- Serve as a trusted liaison with internal and external stakeholders; manage sensitive and confidential information
- Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials
- Support HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and HRIS updates
- Coordinate recruiting logistics and performance review cycles
- Assist with HR programs, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities
- Track action items, deadlines, and special projects to ensure timely execution
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience supporting senior leaders or C‑suite executives
- Prior experience supporting or partnering with Human Resources teams
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Slack)
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Preferred
- Experience supporting boards or executive leadership teams
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and benefits administration
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM‑CP) a plus
