What are the responsibilities and job description for the Downstream Mfg. Associate position at RedBrick Staffing?
Job Responsibilities:
- Review production/mfg. plans, docs, etc.
- Support other depts. & other shifts as needed
- Provide management with status updates of projects to ensure efficiency
- Support R&D projects
- Ensure all working areas are clean & organized for efficiency
- Manage & review final product & packages
- Review & update BOMs
- Review & update QMR
- Perform other duties as necessary
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of relevant bench experience – Experience with biopharma downstream processing
- Familiarity with cGMP & ISO requirements
- Experience with protein purification techniques, cell-culture/mAB/hybridoma production/purification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willing to work in/travel to various company locations here locally
- Willing to travel to trade shows & client sites
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving & critical thinking skills
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
