We're not hiring a driver. We're hiring the person who will eventually run this operation.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This role starts in the field - behind the wheel of a roll-off truck, delivering and swapping containers, servicing portable restrooms, and representing redbox face-to-face with our customers and contractor partners every single day.

But that's just the beginning.

Over the next 6 to 18 months, you'll be trained across every facet of this business - scheduling, logistics, sales, fleet maintenance, and team management. By spring 2027, the expectation is that you are leading field operations, hiring and managing the next driver we bring on, and owning the day-to-day so the owner can focus on scaling the broader organization.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

In the Field (Year One Focus):

• Safely deliver, swap, and retrieve roll-off dumpsters and combination units across the NoCo territory
• Service and clean portable restroom units (yes, this is part of the job - and we respect the people who do it without complaint)
• Perform pre/post trip DOT inspections and basic truck maintenance
• Be the face of redbox , every customer interaction is a sales opportunity and a relationship to protect

In the Business (Ongoing and Accelerating):

• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, project managers, and site supers
• Actively pursue new accounts through outbound outreach and job site visits
• Work closely with our dispatch and admin team to optimize routes and customer experience
• Train into fleet oversight, driver scheduling, and operational decision-making
• Eventually hire, onboard, and manage additional drivers as the team grows

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL (required) with airbrake endorsement
• Prior experience leading people in a field environment - crew lead, foreman, field supervisor, or similar (required)
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Mechanically aware - you notice when something's off on a truck and you don't ignore it
• Sales-minded and people-oriented - you can talk to a general contractor on a job site and leave with a relationship
• Self-directed and accountable - you don't need someone looking over your shoulder
• Familiarity with the Northern Colorado area strongly preferred
• Must be 21 and legally authorized to work in the US

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH PATH

• Starting Pay: $28–$32/hr depending on experience
• Full-time hours (approximately 40-48/week, seasonally variable)
• Health insurance and paid time off included
• Clear path to salaried General Manager / Field Operations role - target timeline 6-18 months
• Profit-sharing opportunities discussed as role evolves into GM capacity

SCHEDULE

• Typical hours: 6:00AM – 3:00PM, Monday through Friday
• Occasional weekend availability required during peak season (spring/summer)
• Work is in-person and field-based — no remote option
