Logistics and Billing Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics and Billing Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in managing the company's billing processes, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and coordinating logistics operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, familiarity with various financial software, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities

• Proficiently answer incoming phone calls with request for new services, pickup and delivery of dumpsters and portable toilets. Phone calls come in consistently throughout the day.
• Have ability to conduct professional conversations on the phone while also providing excellent customer service.
• Schedule the drop off and pickup of equipment on our job portal.
• Maintain rapport with the drivers and landfills in order to keep smooth schedules.
• Create and send out invoices for all jobs and keep track of payments received.
• Need to be able to run payroll through QuickBooks.
• This position is very fast paced and will require someone who is quick to pick up the responsibilities associated with this job and be able to maintain composure during high stress situations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with accounting software including QuickBooks or similar platforms
• Effective negotiation skills for collections or dispute resolution processes
• Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette for customer interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft outlook and Google.
