Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. This role will primarily focus on processing payroll and managing accounts payable (bill payments). The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and capable of handling routine accounting tasks with accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage employee payroll in a timely and accurate manner
- Review, verify, and pay company bills and invoices
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with general accounting tasks and reporting as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 45 hours per week
Required Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Preferred (Not Required):
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with QuickBooks
