- Handle front desk duties
- Clean and maintain common areas
- Provide accurate estimates for diesel services and repairs.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Document service requests and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on service outcomes and addressing any issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and technicians.
