Our medical device client is seeking a talented business leader to join their Urology PMO. They need a Senior Project Manager that will lead the Software Integration as part of various Product Integration workstreams associated with a recent acquisition. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to execute the integration projects required to integrate the acquired company's Product Portfolio into the client's. We are seeking an experienced candidate who has demonstrated software project management and effective cross-functional leadership experience. Prior experience managing software projects within the Medical Device field and experience with quality system and risk management process are preferred.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Provide Project Management leadership of cross-functional teams as part of the acquired company's Integration, leveraging agile methodologies and common divisional processes and tools.
- Influence stakeholders and team members to drive alignment, develop plans and deliver results. Build team ownership and commitment to project plans.
- Partner and collaborate with a variety of functions to achieve project objectives. This includes identifying resources required for project activities, timeline development, and project prioritization.
- Communicate progress and status to Integration Lead.
- Prioritize, delegate, and manage tasks among projects and team members, as appropriate, to drive execution of project deliverables and minimize risk.
- Support development, implementation, and revision of detailed project plans, including deliverable lists, risk management, communication plans, etc.
- Ensure current policies and practices are followed.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or Business and 5 years of work experience in software, product development or related field AND 5 years Project Management experience in the Medical Device industry
- Demonstrated project management experience leading cross functional teams and managing project scope, schedule, and budget
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal written, and presentation)
- Results-oriented, positive attitude focused on delivering timely, accurate and best in class execution
- Ability to draw conclusions and make business recommendations based on cross-functional team input
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including MS Project
- Proficiency in MS SharePoint
- Ability to travel intermittently (up to 20%) to support effective team performance and collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with utilizing agile project management
- 5 years Project Management experience managing software projects within the Medical Device field, knowledge and application of applicable software ISO and IEC standards in the project scope
- PMP Certification
Salary : $65 - $85
