About Us
Redbird Millworks is a custom cabinetry shop in Perkins, OK, specializing in high-quality, made-to-order cabinets for homes and businesses. We take pride in precision craftsmanship and flawless finishes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, load, deliver, and install both unfinished and pre-finished cabinetry and trim
- Properly level cabinets and securely install them into wall studs
- Install crown moulding, trim boards, and various millwork per job requirements
- Communicate with customers professionally on-site
- Operate woodworking tools (table saws, drills, routers, sanders, clamps, etc.)
- Read and follow cabinet elevations and installation instructions
- Perform quality checks to ensure every installed cabinet meets shop standards
- Maintain knowledge of installation methods and the tools required to install
- Keep installation tools, vehicles, trailers, and cabinet staging area organized and clean
Qualifications (Required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work in various temperatures (all conditions)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Preferred (but not required)
- Prior cabinet building/installation, woodworking, or millwork experience
- Ability to safely use woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Knowledge of joinery, cabinet assembly, and woodworking techniques
Schedule & Benefits
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional Saturday overtime)
- First pay raise after 3 months based on performance and skill growth
