What are the responsibilities and job description for the Threat Intelligence Analyst (Senior – WMD / CBRNE Focus) position at RedBeard Solutions?
We are hiring a Senior WMD Analyst (Exercise Support) in Reston, VA to support NGIC and DIA missions. This role provides high-visibility analytical support focused on Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), CBRNE threats, and global counter-WMD operations. You will support national-level exercises, produce all-source finished intelligence, and work directly with warfighters and senior DoD stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide all-source WMD and CBRNE intelligence analysis
- Support DIA, CCMD, TSOC, and national-level exercises
- Produce analytic reports aligned with DIE/IC tradecraft standards
- Analyze WMD threats, delivery systems, advanced weapons, and global activities
- Support CWMD operational planning and contingency response
- Review classified / unclassified material for dissemination and compliance with disclosure policies
- Deliver intelligence insights to senior DoD decision makers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree 8 years all-source intel experience
- Experience with national agency, CCMD, and TSOC exercises
- Strong background in WMD, CWMD, CBRNE
- Ability to produce high-quality finished intelligence
- Knowledge of IC standards, security, foreign disclosure
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly (required)
- U.S. Citizenship
Preferred Qualifications
- DoD Certified Analyst
- Experience briefing senior DoD leaders
- Knowledge of Russian conventional & irregular warfare
- Tactical strategic intelligence experience
