Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Deliver the Redbarn customer experience to every guest
- Engage customers with a positive attitude and strong listening skills
- Guide customers toward products that match their desired experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor
- Keep merchandise displays fully stocked and up to Redbarn standards
- Accurately handle cash and process transactions
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, including new inventory and vendor education
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Open availability highly preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Must be dependable and consistently arrive to scheduled shifts on time
- Must present yourself in a clean, professional manner
- 2 years of cash handling and/or retail experience preferred
- Basic cannabinoid and terpene knowledge preferred
- Must obtain an OLCC Marijuana Handler’s Permit
- Background check required
- Must pass drug screen (cannabis permitted)
