Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) to join our healthcare team in Henderson, KY. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Monitor patient health by taking vital signs, observing symptoms, and reporting changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and healthcare providers.
- Assist with patient assessments, care planning, and documentation of nursing activities.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications
- Current and valid LPN or RN license in the state of Kentucky.
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred for RNs.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
