Responsibilities
Facilities & Maintenance
- Receive, prioritize, and fulfill maintenance requests across all company locations
- Perform hands-on repairs and upkeep where possible, and coordinate outside contractors for larger jobs
- Monitor building conditions and proactively address safety or maintenance concerns
- Manage and schedule custodial staff, ensuring all locations consistently meet cleanliness standards
- Provide day-to-day direction, training, and oversight to custodians
- Order and stock office supplies, equipment, and break-room snacks and beverages
- Track supply usage and manage purchasing within budget
- Coordinate with vendors and delivery services as needed
- Support day-to-day office operations and scheduling needs
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
- Help plan and coordinate company and in-store events
- Assist with event setup, logistics, and teardown
Required:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between Moscow-area locations
- Strong organizational skills, dependability, and the ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities
- Ability to perform typical physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Prior experience in facilities, maintenance, office management, or a supervisory role
- Hands-on maintenance and repair ability
- Experience with vendor coordination or supply / inventory management Past experience is preferred, but we are happy to consider a motivated entry-level candidate who is the right fit for our team.
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
