You will oversee a structured daily cadence that includes defining the narrative each morning, aligning messaging across media, internal teams, and partners, driving content production and distribution, and responding to breaking developments in real time.
This role sits at the center of the operation and ensures messaging is clear, consistent, and executed with speed and discipline.

Produce and own the Daily Narrative Brief, setting the message, tone, and priorities for each day
Define how key issues should be framed and understood across media and social channels
Ensure messaging is simple, clear, and repeatable across all outputs
Operational Execution
Run the daily War Room cadence from briefing through distribution and review
Ensure all teams are aligned around the same messaging throughout the day
Maintain structure, timing, and consistency across all outputs
Drive execution with a focus on speed, clarity, and discipline
Real-Time Response
Monitor political, cultural, and media developments throughout the day
Identify when narrative shifts or breaking events require response
Develop and deploy messaging quickly, targeting 15–30-minute response windows when needed
Adjust narrative direction as events unfold
Team Management
Manage a lean team of 10–15 people across content, distribution, intelligence, and engagement
Assign priorities, enforce deadlines, and maintain accountability
Ensure each function operates within a clear system and produces consistent output
Remove bottlenecks and maintain operational speed
Performance Optimization
Review daily performance and identify what messaging is resonating
Use data and feedback to refine narrative framing and content direction
Scale successful messaging patterns into future cycles
Continuously improve system performance over time
