Job Summary

Hybrid | Miami to West Palm Beach | Part-Time or Full-Time

We’re a small construction and facility maintenance company seeking an organized, motivated Assistant Project Manager to help coordinate remodeling projects and maintenance work. This role offers room to grow and combines remote work with site visits throughout South Florida.

Schedule & Compensation

We are considering both part-time and full-time candidates to start.

• Part-time starting rate: $21.50 per hour.
• Full-time starting salary: Starting at $40,000–$45,000 annually. Can be more depending on skill and experience.
• Benefits are not currently offered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, work orders, subcontractors, and schedules.
• Communicate with clients and vendors and provide timely updates.
• Assist with estimates, material sourcing, and project documentation.
• Visit job sites to check progress and help resolve issues.
• Occasionally assist with light hands-on tasks, including moving materials and helping with site needs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Ideally 1–3 years of experience in construction, facility maintenance, or project coordination.
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Basic computer skills and comfort managing calls, emails, and multiple assignments.
• Reliable transportation for site visits from Miami to West Palm Beach.
• Resourceful, eager to learn, and willing to lend a hand when needed.
