Power Platform Architect Redan LLC is seeking a highly experienced Power Platform Architect to be part of a growing team in the federal sector.As a Power Platform Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and modernization of enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation through Azure and Power Platform solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient architectures that meet evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and a collaborative mindset to influence modernization efforts across large-scale environments.Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be adaptive to the organization's changing needs. This candidate must have experience with building and maintaining highly effective relationships with team members and multiple stakeholders across multiple projects. Work in an agile environment and provide technical knowledge and development to the team throughout all agile ceremoniesWhat You'll Be Doing As the Power Platform Architect at Redan, you will:Architect and design Azure-hosted and Microsoft Power Platform applications and servicesLead modernization efforts for legacy applications into the Power Platform ecosystemDevelop applications and services using ASP.NET / C# and .NET Core/FrameworkImplement CI/CD pipelines and support Azure DevOps configuration and deploymentCreate scalable solutions using SQL Server, Azure, and MVC design patternsDesign and develop databases (SQL, Oracle, NoSQL)Provide technical leadership in Power Platform adoption including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365Support service-oriented architecture using Web Services and WCFCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business goalsTroubleshoot complex issues and ensure high-quality deliverablesInfluence and direct application modernization strategies across the organizationProfile of SuccessRequired:Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and architecture within the past 10 yearsProven experience with ASP.NET / C# and Azure developmentStrong background in architecting Azure solutions and CI/CD implementationExperience with Azure DevOps and Power Platform as a frameworkDemonstrated success in migrating legacy systems to Power PlatformExpertise in .NET Core/Framework, SQL Server, and MVC architectureProficiency in database design and development (SQL, Oracle, NoSQL)Familiarity with Web Services, WCF, and Service-Oriented ArchitectureStrong attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting skillsEffective communication and collaboration in team environmentsAbility to lead enterprise-level Power Platform adoptionExperience with Dynamics 365 integrationFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesKnowledge of cloud security and governance best practicesConditions of EmploymentUS Citizenship is required.CompensationPay and benefits information for this position will be provided to interested candidates that apply.
