Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated RV Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, lending, or dealership operations, with preference given to candidates who have automotive or RV dealership finance experience.
This role is responsible for helping customers secure financing, presenting protection products, maintaining lender relationships, and ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and compliantly.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to secure financing options for RV purchases
- Present financing, warranty, and protection product options
- Build and maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Coordinate with sales staff to create a smooth customer experience
- Submit deals to lenders and negotiate approvals when needed
- Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the financing process
- Track funding and ensure timely completion of contracts
Qualifications
- Finance or dealership finance experience preferred
- RV or automotive dealership experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to explain financing terms clearly and professionally
- Experience with lender portals and finance software is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
