Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work with the team to ensure timely service.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- Previous cooking experience preferred.
- Strong cutting and food prep skills.
- Flexible availability, especially on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Food Handler's Certification is a plus.
- Evening and weekend availability.
