RedX Fitness is looking for a high-energy Membership Specialist who is passionate about helping people commit to and achieve their fitness goals. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, building relationships, and motivating others to take action.
As a Membership Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our members and guests. Your job is to create a welcoming environment, guide potential members through their options, and help keep current members engaged and consistent with their fitness routines.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome members and guests and create a positive first impression
- Answer phone calls, texts, and inquiries from potential members
- Conduct tours and explain membership options
- Track sales numbers and membership activity
- Follow up with prospects and help them get started on their fitness journey
- Help keep members engaged by offering encouragement, solutions, and accountability
- Assist with basic social media engagement and promotions
- Maintain an organized front desk and accurate member records
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for helping others improve their health and fitness
- Strong communication skills and comfort talking with people in person and on the phone
- A positive, motivating personality
- Ability to track numbers and stay organized
- Someone who takes initiative and enjoys achieving goals
- Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
- Familiarity with social media is a plus

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
