**Location Requirement (Please Read Before Applying)**

Due to the nature of our scheduling and service area, applicants must live within approximately 30 minutes of downtown Asheville.

Ideal locations include:
Asheville, Arden, Fletcher, Weaverville, Black Mountain, Candler, Leicester, Canton, Mars Hill, Mills River, and nearby surrounding areas.

Because our team services homes across the Asheville area, long commutes are not practical for this position. Applicants commuting from areas significantly outside our service radius are unlikely to be a fit for this role.

This is not for everyone.

What This Job Is REALLY Like

This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role.

You will be:

• On your feet for 4–8 hours a day
• Bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and moving quickly
• Working in a performance-based environment where pace and quality both matter

This job will push you physically—but for the right person, that’s part of what makes it rewarding.

Pay & Growth Structure

• $15/hour paid training (first 2 weeks)
• Transition to 30% commission for your first 2 weeks working independently (typically equivalent to about $17/hour, before tips)
• Advance to 35% commission after successfully completing training (typically equivalent to about $20/hour, before tips) — this is where most of our cleaners are.
• Opportunity to grow into 40% commission as a trainer or team leader (typically equivalent to about $23/hour, before tips)
• Weekly pay 100% of your tips
• Most team members earn $50–$150 per week in tips, in addition to their commission.
• Most team members earn $250–$700 per week, depending on availability, performance, and schedule.

• Deliver detailed, 5-star cleanings using our systems
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Follow structured checklists and expectations
• Communicate through company apps
• Represent Red Wolf professionally in every home

Non-Negotiables

• Monday team meeting at 8:00 AM
• No call-outs or time off during first 30 days
• Reliable vehicle, valid license, and insurance required; This position involves daily travel between client homes throughout the Asheville area, so dependable transportation and consistent attendance are essential.
• Smartphone for job tracking
• Must pass background check (no misdemeanors or felonies)
• Comfortable around pets

Service Area

We serve clients throughout Asheville and surrounding areas within roughly a 30–35 minute radius, including Weaverville, Arden, Candler, Fletcher, Black Mountain, Canton, Mars Hill, Mills River, Leicester, and nearby communities.

For scheduling and route efficiency, we prioritize hiring team members who also live within this general area.
