As a store manager, you will promote and lead the North Richland Hills store by selling our high-quality products by applying conscientious customer experience. We strive to make a loyal customer with every engagement and support Red Wing as a premium brand with premium service.
The successful store manager will excel in retail sales, operations and team leadership to use this as an opportunity to grow your business with a flexible schedule and the best retail job in the market. You will be familiar with analytical tools such as Excel, PowerBI and working knowledge of Word. Leadership is a passion and application of demonstrating best practices while positively motivating your team and creating a store culture in which employees can't wait to get to work. Finally, customers feel welcomed and share their great customer experience as a result of the outstanding customer service you and your team provide.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Training and developing your team
*Interpreting store metrics and Key Performance Indicators
* Promote and support the high-quality Red Wing brand image through professional and consultative selling.
* Measure and fit every customer properly.
* Explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications.
* Suggest appropriate footwear and recommend accessories with every footwear purchase.
* Practice industrial sales lead development on the fitting stool.
* Enter customer information and sales into point of sale system, process payments, balance cash drawer and daily reporting.
* Attain/exceed personal and team sales goals.
* Practice exception customer experience with every customer, every time.
* Take pride and responsibility for overall store and personal appearance.
* Maintain the integrity of the sales floor presentation, signing, and brand standards.
* Conflict resolution and situational de-escalation
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (following duties are required on all positions):
* Maintain store operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
* Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and legal regulations.
* Know the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' products.
* Enthusiasm to provide the highest level of customer service.
* Motivation to reach and exceed individual and team sales goals.
* Obtain necessary information by maintaining knowledge of RWSC’s electronic communication software.
* Maintain quality service by establishing, following, and enforcing

* Complete other duties as assigned from time to time by your area manager.
* Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, classes or programs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
* Retail environment
* Full time - 45-48 hours per week.
* Base Salary plus monthly bonus.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
* Associates degree preferred, minimal high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required and minimum three (3) years related experience/training.
