Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site and outside sales role for an Industrial Sales Representative located in Naples, FL. The Industrial Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, meeting with clients, delivering product presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role will also involve educating clients about product offerings, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
- Excellent Communication and Sales skills to provide compelling product presentations and close deals
- Ability to conduct Training sessions to guide customers and team members as needed
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools is a plus
- Previous experience in a sales or retail environment is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is an advantage
