Job Duties:
▪ Measure and fit every customer properly, and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
▪ Enter customer information into EVA, process payments, balance cash drawer and daily reporting. Demonstrated ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for pricing, discounts, and inventory management.
▪ Explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications.
▪ Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills that foster positive interactions.
▪ Take pride and responsibility for overall store and personal appearance.
▪ Maintain the integrity of the sales floor presentation, signage, and housekeeping standards.
▪ Enthusiasm to provide the highest level of customer service.
Requirements:
▪ High School Diploma or GED preferred, and 1-2 years related experience/training.
▪ Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in both bilingual settings (English/Spanish or others).
▪ Effective Written/Verbal Communication
▪ Computer Utilization
▪ Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in retail footwear or similar environments.
Physical Demands:
▪ Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads up to 40 lbs, and perform physical tasks related to stocking including climbing ladder and organizing products.
▪ Housekeeping duties - Including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping & waxing floors, washing windows and setting up and maintaining displays
▪ Stocking shelves

Part-time 20-30 Hours Per Week -Weekends required.
