RED-WHITE VALVE CORP. – In business since 1971, RED-WHITE VALVE CORP. is a supplier of valves for the plumbing, industrial, commercial and HVAC markets.Location: Lake Forest, CaliforniaHours: 6:30AM – 3:00PM(Overtime as needed)Job Duties:Assemble hydronic components for coil kits using hand tools, fixtures and shop machinery. This includes the assembly of valves and connectors based on customized orders from customers.Prepare work to be completed by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.Receive and locate components used to build the coil kitsResolve assembly issues and quality concernsTest valves and check the pressurizing of assembled components (identifying leaks, air bubbles, pinholes etc.)Replenish inventory of valves and connectorsMaintains inventory of packaging and assembly supplies; anticipating needed suppliesMaintain general working area cleanliness and safety standardsMiscellaneous duties as assignedQualifications:Must have previous experience in assemblyMust be detail orientedAbility to understand a BOM (Bill of Materials)Technical abilityAbility to use hand tools, fixtures and shop machineryAbility to multitaskAbility to lift up to 50lbs.Experience with Side Loader and Forklift preferred but not required Company DescriptionOver its long and prestigious history, RED-WHITE VALVE CORP.
