What You'll Do
- Detailed bed maintenance and plant care
- Tree and shrub pruning
- Mowing, edging, and hedge trimming
- Seasonal clean-ups and mulching
- Planting and installation work
- Customer interaction on-site
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round in Pacific Northwest weather
- Good people skills - you'll interact with clients regularly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 1 year of gardening or landscaping experience preferred, but not required
- No high school diploma or college degree required
- Military experience welcome
Pay
$24-$28/hour to start, depending on experience
Pay increases with demonstrated ability to work independently, lead small crews, train new hires, communicate with clients, and show solid plant knowledge. There's a clear path to grow here.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM 24-40 hours/week (full-time hours typical during the main season)

Requirements
- Must be able to reliably commute to Bainbridge Island, WA. 98110 or plan to relocate prior to start date
- Valid driver's license required
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
