Barista

Red Twig Café and Bakery is seeking new team members for our front-of-house staff!

We are a quick-service café, scratch bakery, and coffee roaster in the heart of downtown Edmonds. We pride ourselves on our seasonally-crafted food and drink menus, providing a safe and inviting space for the community, and working with our fellow team members to build and maintain a positive work environment. We are looking for hard workers with the ability to work quickly, efficiently, and show pride and attention to detail in every cup of coffee served.

We are currently looking for shifts to be filled Sunday-Wednesday with availability to pick up additional shifts if desired

COMPENSATION:

Baristas start at a base pay of $17.25/hr, with an average of $6-$12/hr in tips. Base pay is evaluated at regular intervals and bonuses are given for above and beyond work. There is room for growth for those that show drive and ambition with more benefits and higher pay available.

REQUIRMENTS:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one weekend day of availability is required
• Have the ability to stay self-motivated, utilizes down time effectively.
• At least 1 year barista experience is required.
• Acquire a food handler's permit within two weeks of hire date.
• Must be reliable and dependable frequent tardiness or call-outs will not be tolerated
