We are hiring experienced owner-operators with their own trucks. You keep 90% of the gross revenue, while our dispatch fee is only 10%. Dont have a trailer? You can rent a brand-new 2026 53-foot dry van directly from us.

Weekly Settlement Schedule:
Submit BOLs for loads completed from Tuesday through Monday and receive payment by ACH the following Friday.
Inspection Bonuses:
- Level 1 clean DOT inspection: $500
- Level 2 clean DOT inspection: $400
- Level 3 clean DOT inspection: $200
Additional Bonuses:
- $1,000 longevity bonus after six months
- $600 driver referral bonus
Requirements:
- You must own your truck
- Clean driving record preferred
