Pay Structure
- Starting Pay: $0.70 CPM
- Performance-Based Pay Increases Up To $0.80 CPM
- All Practical Miles Paid (Loaded & Empty)

- Valid CDL Class A License
- Minimum 6 months of Verifiable CDL Experience
- Reefer Experience Preferred
- Clean Driving Record
- No FMCSA Clearinghouse Violations
- No DUI/DWI or Drug/Alcohol Violations
- Ability to Stay Out 2–3 Weeks for OTR Routes
