Red Top Pizza by Penny’s is hiring a part-time Pizza Makers to join our growing team We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in quality, consistency, and teamwork.

Pay

• $15–$20 per hour, based on experience

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
• Monitor ovens and cook times to ensure proper baking
• Keep the pizza station clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with phone and in-person customer orders when needed
• Communicate quality or inventory concerns to management
• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and follow established systems
• Previous pizza or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
• Leadership potential a plus for full-time candidates
