Key Responsibilities
- Assist with leasing activities, including property tours, prospect follow-up, and tenant communications.
- Support business development and leasing outreach efforts through phone calls, emails, and lead tracking.
- Conduct market research and competitive property analysis.
- Help prepare leasing packages, proposals, presentations, and lease documentation.
- Maintain accurate prospect, tenant, and property records within company systems.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, property tours, and client appointments.
- Support tenant retention and engagement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, reporting, filing, and document management.
- Assist with special projects related to occupancy, leasing performance, and portfolio operations.
- Collaborate with team members on process improvements and operational initiatives.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Exhibit initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Interest in commercial real estate, leasing, property management, or business development.
- Previous customer service, sales, administrative, or office experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
