What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Salesforce Full Stack Developer position at Red Sun Technology?
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Full Stack Developer to support the client’s Child Welfare Information Systems, including the legacy SACWIS (LINK/IV-E), CT-KIND, and the modernization of the next-generation CCWIS platform. This role directly supports mission-critical applications used by over 2,000 social workers, case managers, and agency staff. The developer will serve as a key contributor throughout the SDLC—including requirements verification, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and ongoing support. This role will specifically focus on Salesforce APEX development, Lightning design, Visualforce, full-stack OOP development, and participation in the transition to and long-term support of the new CT-KIND system. The developer will interface with the System Integrator team to ensure proper knowledge transfer, effective module development, and maintainability of solutions.
The ideal candidate is highly proactive, self-directed, organized, and skilled in solving complex technical challenges with minimal supervision.

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional software development experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development, including OOP APEX coding, design patterns, Lightning components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Strong OOP experience and knowledge of design patterns.
- Experience with full-stack development, including CRUD operations, configuration, and integration patterns.
- Experience supporting all phases of SDLC, including technical documentation.
- .NET OOP and SOA experience.
- JavaScript frameworks (preferred).
- SQL experience.
- Strong abstract thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior developers.
- Experience working with System Integrators and participating in large-scale platform modernization projects.
