If you have a strong background in maintenance trades and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in Multi-Family Housing, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
- Skilled Maintenance:
Perform a wide range of repairs in student housing buildings, including electrical, building maintenance, apartment turnover, plumbing, and carpentry. - Team Management:
Lead a team of maintenance technicians, handling tasks such as timekeeping, scheduling, performance evaluations, and training. - Vendor Coordination:
Manage on-site vendors, ensuring their performance aligns with our high standards. - Budget Oversight:
Provide recommendations on budget allocation, capital expenditures, and maintenance procedures to optimize property performance. - Inventory Management:
Place orders for necessary parts and supplies to ensure efficient operations. - Software Proficiency:
Utilize OneSite Property Management software to streamline the turnover process and oversee the work order process for occupied apartments.

Job Requirements:
- High school Diploma or GED.
