Maintenance Lead

HH Red Stone, a rapidly expanding Property Management Company, is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our property in Champaign, IL. If you have a strong background in maintenance trades and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in Multi-Family Housing, we want to hear from you. Your attention to detail, ability to multitask, and collaborative management style will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skilled Maintenance:
  Perform a wide range of repairs in student housing buildings, including electrical, building maintenance, apartment turnover, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Vendor Coordination:
  Manage on-site vendors, ensuring their performance aligns with our high standards.
• Budget Oversight:
  Provide recommendations on budget allocation, capital expenditures, and maintenance procedures to optimize property performance.
• Inventory Management:
  Place orders for necessary parts and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
• Software Proficiency:
  Utilize OneSite Property Management software to streamline the turnover process and oversee the work order process for occupied apartments.

Job Requirements:

• High school Diploma or GED.
  
• 3-5 years of experience in residential maintenance.
• Some HVAC Experience required
